Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Classic Export Surplus & Discount Sale, we are committed to offering customers high-value surplus and discounted products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of surplus, clearance, and discounted merchandise, all purchases are subject to the following policy:
No Return Policy
All products sold are final sale. We do not accept returns once the product has been purchased and delivered.
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased through our stores, exhibitions,store-on-wheels events.
No Exchange Policy
Exchange is not available for any products. Customers are requested to check product details, size, specifications, and condition before completing the purchase.
Product Verification Responsibility for physical store
Customers are strongly advised to:
Verify size, model, and specifications before purchase
Inspect the product at the time of billing/delivery
Confirm quantity and condition
Once the purchase is completed, it will be considered accepted by the customer.
Damaged / Wrong Product (Only at Time of Purchase)
If a product is found damaged or incorrect, it must be reported immediately at the billing counter or at the time of delivery. Requests made after leaving the store or after delivery will not be accepted.
Surplus & Discount Nature
Products sold under surplus, clearance, liquidation, or discounted sales may have limited warranty, brand warranty, or no warranty depending on the item.
